The two buildings are located at 15461 SW 12th Street, a 38,500 square foot facility with bays minimally divisible into 3,850 square feet, and 15471 SW 12th Street, a 32,390 square foot facility, with minimum divisible bays of 4,150 square feet. The project provides ample parking and allows tenants to build out up to 40%.
