Sunrise, FL – Centerline Capital Advisors announced last week that land development is underway at Sunwest Commerce Center. Phase I of this project, at its completion, will bring on-line over 70,000 square feet of Flex Office/Warehouse space for lease to the Western Broward market.

The project calls for the construction of two buildings, 15461 SW 12th Street, a 38,500 square foot facility with bays minimally divisible into 3,850 square feet, and 15471 SW 12th Street, a 32,390 square foot facility, with minimum divisible bays of 4,150 square feet. The project provides ample parking and allows tenants to build out up to 40%.
Pre-Construction leasing is currently available to interested parties with projected occupancies of quarter one, 2017.
Sunwest Commerce Center is located on the Sunrise and Weston Border and is located off shotgun road which fronts i75.
