Sunrise, FL – Sunwest Commerce Center, a business park in Weston, Florida, has been in the midst of a face lift. The project, originally developed in 2007, has seen significant improvements over the last 6 months. Tenants, and neighboring business alike, have all taken notice of the new exterior color scheme, landscape improvements and improved signage.
“Six months ago, it was a shame, the property looked dormant. It needed attention, it needed to be brought back to life,” said Steve Conte a representative of the Sunwest CC Association, the managing property owner’s association. “It’s amazing what a little paint, some maintenance and attention can do for a place,” Steve added.
The curb appeal has certainly changed and the Association has advised even greater improvements are on the way in 2016.
“We have our offices here, it’s a better feeling now coming to work at Sunwest with the new found life in the Commerce Center,” Steve Concluded.
